SMS is comprised of three key elements, software, management, and support. The software component includes the sophisticated algorithms that allow G1 to deliver unprecedented performance in any morphology, urban, suburban, and rural, for line-of-sight, near-line-of- sight, and non-line-of-sight. This also allows access to new features and bug fixes for the Tarana nodes (BNs and RNs).

Tarana Cloud Suite (TCS), is the management component of SMS and is specifically designed to simplify, automate, and improve day-to-day monitoring and configuration of G1 family equipment, provide performance metrics and analytics, and enable easy software management.

The support component of SMS allows the network operator to access Tarana’s world-class 24/7 technical assistance center for tools to manage and troubleshoot Tarana products in their network. Technical support is based on service level agreements (SLAs) for cases by severity and impact to prioritize critical support where needed most.
