Support 10 Hour Block - This purchase gives you 10 hours (600 Minutes) of support credit to be used with the ticketing system.
Support Credits are used in most cases on top of your active Support Contract to provide more time with our staff if you have exceeded the included Support Credits with your Support Contract.
Support Credits are not tied to a specific product and can be used with any product you have under your account that has a active Support Contract in place. Without a Support Contract in place you will not be able to open Support Tickets so please make sure you have an Active Support Contract in place.
All unused support credits will expire after 12 months from purchase.
Opening Support Tickets with Sangoma requires a support contract to be in place for most products as outlined here:
